Mission: The SCDEI shall provide transparent discourse of issues, engagement with climate, and develop empirically focused recommendations, particularly for marginalized and underrepresented populations among students, faculty, and staff. SCDEI works to ensure administrative accountability while supporting a culture of belonging in pursuit of equity and inclusion.
Vision: The SCDEI will provide the University community a comprehensive platform for discourse and engagement, encouraging systemic social change within the broader community while pursuing access and accountability for marginalized groups.
